Hi, I’m Tiff

Ex-dentist. Founder of DentorMatch and the ADHD Diary Project.

I spent 15 years as a reconstructive dentist, six of them owning my own practice, The Dental House, in Austin. I closed it after burnout took nearly everything I thought made me successful, and I’m not practicing dentistry now. These days I build. DentorMatch pairs dental professionals with license-checked volunteer mentors. The ADHD Diary Project gives adults with ADHD a free, anonymous place to write the truth. I still take on a small number of coaching clients too, just more quietly than I used to.

About Me

ADHD adults don’t need more advice. They need to be witnessed without being fixed.

I’m not practicing dentistry anymore, and I’m not the coach you’re picturing either.

I built the kind of career people envied, until it burned me to the ground. ADHD, addiction, divorce, perfectionism. I lost almost everything I thought made me successful. And weirdly, that’s what set me free.

Now I build things instead. DentorMatch is a mentorship platform for dental professionals: license-checked volunteer mentors, matched with people who are stuck, burned out, or just need someone who’s been where they are. The ADHD Diary Project is a free, anonymous diary for adults with ADHD. No accounts. No algorithms. No advice. I told the whole story of how I got from The Dental House to here on the Very Dental podcast, if you want the long version.

You don’t need another pep talk. You need someone who’s actually been in it, who’s cried in a supply closet between patients, who knows what it’s like to hit rock bottom with a license on the line and a smile on your face.

I still coach a small number of people 1:1, mostly burned-out dentists, blending storytelling, nervous system truth-telling, and gut-check strategy to help you figure out what’s next.

You’re not broken. You’re just done pretending. Let’s start there.

“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
